2. Services Provided

• Safety inspections and assessments

• Emergency chimney services
• Consultation and advice

3. Booking and Scheduling

Services are scheduled by appointment only. We will confirm your appointment via phone or email. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash and bank transfers. Prices are quoted before work begins and include all standard cleaning materials.

5. Insurance and Liability

Martin Smith Chimney Services is fully insured and licensed. We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance for all work performed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe access to chimney and work areas
• Remove valuable items from work areas
• Ensure pets are secured during service
• Provide accurate information about chimney condition

7. Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from service completion. Any issues related to our work will be addressed at no additional cost.
